In America, during the French and Indian wars, two young women, Cora and Alice, set off on a dangerous journey to be reunited with their father Colonel Munro. They are aided by Hawkeye, a brave frontier scout, and Chingackgook and Uncas, his Mohican companions.
On their way they must escape from the cruel Huron Magua and the French army.
